Lean into It

Lean Into Healing is the first step in a broader journey.

The work continues through
Lean Into Feeling
Lean Into Being

Together, these three books explore how we move from tension and survival,
through awareness and emotional intelligence,
into embodied presence and alignment.

Some people arrive here through the Conscious Rebellion music project.
Others through personal conversations, clinical work, or shared experience.

The music and the books speak to the same underlying process —
but in different languages.

One through sound.
One through reflection.

These books are intentionally physical.

No digital editions.
No online chapters.

This work asks for presence, not speed.
It’s meant to be held, revisited, and lived with.

Those who join this list will be the first invited to access the hard-copy release of Lean Into Healing before any public announcement.

This work is for people who sense that:

  • Pushing through has a cost

  • Thinking harder hasn’t brought relief

  • The body holds information the mind keeps overriding

You don’t need to understand the whole path to begin.
You only need to start where you are.

About the Author

Dr. Matthew Breske works at the intersection of awareness, the body, and what happens when we stop overriding ourselves.

He is a holistic chiropractor with nearly two decades of clinical experience working with the body, perception, and the stress response. Through years of observing how people break down—physically, emotionally, and mentally—he came to a clear conclusion: real change doesn’t come from force or control, but from awareness, regulation, and timing.

He is the founder and developer of Center Point Meditation, the primary modality taught throughout these books—a practical way of noticing, recalibrating, and responding to the body’s signals in real time.

One pattern kept appearing:
the body knows long before the mind is willing to listen.

Lean Into Healing came out of that work. Not as a method to follow or a belief system to adopt, but as a way of noticing what’s already there.

Conscious Rebellion is another expression of the same work—through sound instead of pages. The music reflects how modern systems overwhelm the nervous system, allowing tension to surface so awareness can return before the body is forced to speak through breakdown.

Different medium.
Same work.
