Your body doesn’t relax because you tell it to.
It relaxes when it feels safe enough to let go. Lean Into Healing: coming soon in print, ebook and audio, is the book that explains why.

This book is for the people who already know.
Who know that pushing through has a cost. Who've tried meditation and watched their racing minds win anyway. Who've done the therapy, taken the supplements, downloaded the apps, and still wake up in the same tired body, with the same tension that never quite leaves.
Who've started to suspect that the thing they need isn't more discipline. Isn't another framework. It's something the body has been trying to tell them all along, in a language they were never taught to read.
If that's you, you're in the right place.
A different approach. One your body can actually follow
Lean Into Healing teaches a method called Center Point Meditation: a simple body-based practice you can do in under a minute, anywhere, that helps your nervous system find the position where it can finally let go.
Not the position you think it should be in. The one your body shows you, when you slow down enough to feel it.
The book maps out six patterns most people get stuck in. What they look like, what they feel like, and the specific direction to lean to release each one. The first chapter has you doing the practice within the first few pages, because the only way to know if any of this is real is to feel it in your own body.
Why this isn’t just another method
This isn't an idea. It's a method developed over a decade of clinical practice, watching the same patterns repeat in thousands of bodies. People whose pain, anxiety, and burnout had stopped responding to the usual fixes. This is what started actually working.
The early research backs it up. A pilot study run with Brain Mechanics and Hogeschool Zuid in the Netherlands measured what happens in a single CPM session: heart-rate variability coherence up 28%, SDNN up 18%, brain activity shifting toward states associated with deep recovery. The research is preliminary, and we say so, but those numbers are unusual for a single session.
And the first chapter of the book lets you test it yourself. You don't have to trust anything I say. You just have to try one small movement and feel what your body does.
What happens when you join the list
Lean Into Healing will be released in three formats: a physical edition for readers who want to mark it up and return to it, an ebook for readers who want it on hand wherever they are, and an audio edition for listeners.
When you join the early-access list, you'll be notified before the public release of any of them and you'll be the first to hear when the second and third books in the series are ready, and when in-person workshops or training programs open.
No spam. No funnels. No marketing campaigns. Just the work, when it's ready.
Be first in line.

About the author
Originally from the United States, Dr. Matt brings 18 years of clinical experience as a chiropractor, healer, teacher, and developer of nervous-system and biofield methods. His patients have ranged from families and caregivers to top athletes, including NFL professionals. The focus has always been the same: giving people the power to heal from within. He is currently operating his own holistic chiropractic center called in ALIGND in heart of the city of Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
He developed Center Point Meditation as a method that helps people reduce pain, release tension, and return to a regulated state in seconds. He also trains other practitioners: chiropractors, therapists, coaches, and somatic workers, to integrate the method into their own clinical and coaching work.
Lean Into Healing is the first of three books, currently in its final stage before publication. It brings together his clinical experience, Center Point Meditation, and awareness-based approach into a deeper framework for people who want to understand healing beyond symptom management.
The same foundation runs through Conscious Rebellion, a music project that uses sound, language and AI-assisted creation as tools for emotional regulation, expanded awareness, and honest reflection on the systems and conditioning that quietly shape how people live. It isn't built to convince everyone. It's made for the people who find it, feel it, and are ready to examine the way they're living.
